About the product
The signature product of Mang Kiko’s Cacao is artisanal Philippine Chocolate Liquor which is made from slow-roasted, finely grounded, fermented cacao beans sourced from the native mountains of the Philippines. At Mang Kiko’s Cacao, we take the extra step to ferment our cacao beans. Fermenting the beans not only reduces the acidity of pure chocolate but it also reveals richer flavors and antioxidants that make chocolate not just good for your taste buds but also the rest of your body.
We also meticulously select our beans to ensure that only the best ones go into each package of Chocolate Liquor. We then manually temper our chocolate and hand-mold them into glossy chocolate nibs, ready to be turned into a delicious drink.
Unlike pre-packed hot cocoa mixes, our Chocolate Liquor makes a deeply-flavored, intensely rich chocolate drink which you can then adjust on your own with milk or sugar or have on its own.
We offer them in different package: 125 grams for only Php 125.00 and 250 grams for Php 250.00
